  • Responses to submitted tickets within 48 hours on our business days.
  • Scheduled video calls in 30-minute increments.
  • Option to schedule same-week calls to address your most pressing needs.
  • Access to download any recorded video responses or scheduled sessions.

Here’s how it works

  • You choose either the mini support plan (6 tickets/60 minutes) or the all-in package (12 tickets/3 hrs).
  • Monthly allowances (time or tickets) do not roll over and must be used between the 1st and last day of each month.
  • When requested & scheduled, we meet for 30-minute sessions to address one thing on your plate. You can use these calls as a how-to session, as a working session to set up a portion of a system, or to record a video for SOP documentation. 
  • We will use our proven EDIT framework:
    • Together, you & I will EXAMINE the issue or challenge
    • Together, you & I will DESIGN the solution
    • You & your team will IMPLEMENT the plan
    • You & your team will TRACK progress & TWEAK as needed


  • It is vital that the parties closest to the issue/challenge OR with the most knowledge join us on any how-to or working session calls. Their participation will significantly impact success.
