What it looks like when we fix broken systems

How I Help

Three focus areas to streamline systems and support growth.

Systems Scan

Clarity on What Slows Your Systems

Before solutions, there has to be clarity. A Systems Scan is a deep dive into how your business currently runs: where the bottlenecks are, where work is duplicated, and where things fall through the cracks.

How it helps:

  • Spot what’s working vs. what’s wasting time

  • Get a roadmap for fixing problems, not just patching them

  • Build the foundation for smarter improvements

Process Alignment

Workflows Your Team Can Actually Follow

Processes only matter if your team actually uses them. I don’t just design workflows in a vacuum; I involve your team in building and testing them. Together, we train on the new workflows to make sure they’re practical, usable, and sustainable.

How it helps:

  • Co-create processes with team input so they fit the way you work

  • Train your team so adoption feels natural, not forced

  • Ensure workflows are documented and repeatable

Expansion Support

Growth that Feels Structured, Not Chaotic

Growth creates complexity. Whether you’re opening new locations, adding staff, or stepping into franchising, I help make sure your systems scale with you. That means refining processes so they’re consistent and repeatable across every level of growth.

How it helps:

  • Streamline before scaling to new clients, staff, or locations

  • Standardize core processes so nothing slips through the cracks

  • Free up leadership time to focus on growth, not daily fires

Every project kicks off the same way: with a real conversation. From there, I guide you through a clear, structured process that takes the guesswork out and keeps things moving. Nothing complicated, just a flow that works.

Visually, our journey looks like this.

You’ve seen the process. Now let’s see what clarity looks like for your business.

Questions I Bet You Have

So...what exactly do you do?

I come in when you’re not sure what’s broken, what to fix first, or how to keep things running smoothly once you do. I cut through the mess and find the real problems, then give you a way forward that feels clear, not like guesswork.

Owners who are too busy running the business to actually grow the business. Usually service-based, often small teams, sometimes just the owner wearing 12 hats. You don’t need to be tech-savvy, but you do need to be willing to change. If you want everything to stay the same while magically getting better… I’m not your girl.

We start with a Fit Check – a 30-minute call to see if we’re the right match. It’s a straightforward conversation where you share how things are working (or not), and I ask a few targeted questions. It’s not about fixing anything on the spot, it’s about making sure I understand your priorities and you get a clear sense of how I work. From there, we’ll know if a Systems Scan or another step makes sense. Book a call.

I’m part strategist, part drill sergeant, part “let’s make this fun.” You get honesty, a little sass, and solutions that stick. I’m not here to impress you with fifty-dollar words. I’m here to give you clarity, control, and a plan.

Glad you asked. I don’t:

  • Run your social media or manage your inbox.
  • Become your assistant or in-house expert for all the things.
  • Work in your business every day. I’m a project-based consultant, not a daily operator, and not an employee. My job is to make you less dependent on me, not more.
  • Sugarcoat things so you can keep doing things the old way.

This is not a dry cleaners– there’s no “drop it off and pick it up later.” I come in blind to your systems, so I need you (or someone you delegate) to show up for scheduled sessions, answer questions, and give feedback. Think of it more like trying on clothes: we test, adjust, and swap things out until the fit works for your team and lasts beyond our time together.

Yes, but only if it’s strategic. I’m not interested in racking up hours doing busywork. If it moves your business forward, I’m in. If not, we keep it short-term.

Because “Intentional Acts of Organization” didn’t have the same ring to it…sorry, couldn’t resist LOL. I believe systems aren’t just about neat charts; they’re about strategy. The tactics part is making sure those systems actually hold up when real life hits.

It’s a nod to my grandmother– graceful, kind, and quietly powerful– and a symbol of transformation. Also, it’s a reminder that the ugly, messy middle (caterpillar stage) is part of the process. 🦋

Case Study: Breaking Down Silos in a Growing Tech Firm

The Challenge
A 100+ person tech firm was scaling fast but losing control. Leadership had no clear project visibility, departments worked in silos, and client deliverables were slipping. They invested in a project management tool, but adoption stalled and only a fraction of the team used it.

The Work
We started with a Systems Scan, then shifted into Process Alignment. The real issue wasn’t the tool, it was buy-in. I pressed leadership to focus on people first, even pausing the engagement until they committed. From there, weekly sessions and targeted small-group trainings became the foundation for change.

The Result
Departments now see how their work impacts others, and collaboration has increased. Key influencers are adopting the project management tool, creating momentum across the company. Most importantly, leadership has recognized the need to centralize project work in a single system, opening the door to clearer reporting and more sustainable growth.

The right systems don’t just make work smoother…they give leaders space to lead, instead of chasing fires and bottlenecks.

Your next stage of growth starts with one conversation.

No big commitment, just a conversation to see if I’m the right fit for your business.
